Our soft washing process involved applying a 1% sodium hypochlorite solution to the exterior surfaces and then rinsing with low-pressure water. All vegetation was thoroughly wetted down prior to applying the soft wash solution and thoroughly rinsed off during and after the application. This house washing process yields quick results.

We also cleaned the gazebo using the same process. The gazebo's roof had a thick layer of algae, mold, and lichen on it, which we removed with a slightly higher percentage of sodium hypochlorite and low-pressure rinsing.

The pavers that surround the pool were cleaned with a pressure washer and then misted with a light coat of sodium hypochlorite.
